Program Manager, ROW SHARP

The ROW SHARP team is seeking a Program Manager responsible for rolling out worldwide features to the AMET region, conducting product benchmarks with US/EU/ROW and SIC, building in-house tools when they can't be prioritized by the tech team, and solving UTR system issues during new store and hub launches (Tier 1) and business as usual (Tier 2). This individual contributor position requires a strong sense of business and operations, deep understanding of UTR systems, customer obsession, and a willingness to dive deep. This role focuses on removing blockers, optimizing system flows, and accelerating launches.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience in defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Experience in building processes, project management, and schedules.
