Account Ownership & Single Point of Contact
- Act as the single dedicated point of contact for senior customer stakeholders.
- Own accountability for all Israel-based deployments and programs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer leadership.

Internal Coordination & Governance
- Coordinate across the company's Business Units to ensure aligned delivery.
- Lead internal meetings and ensure compliance with commitments and timelines.

Proactive Resolution & Risk Management
- Identify risks early, driving preemptive resolutions.
- Foster a culture of transparent issue resolution.

Communication Guarantee
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy.
- Ensure timely and structured updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program.
- Champion process adherence and standardization.

Business Compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with the company's policies and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant technical qualification (HND minimum) in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of program/contract management experience in a complex delivery environment.
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Hebrew advantageous).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within EMEA as required.
Preferred Experience
- International program management experience across multiple geographies.
- Experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $5M.
Work Conditions
- Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- On-site, Full-time
- Frequent travel to Israel; occasional international travel with overnight stays.
