This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you will connect strategy to execution, bring clarity to complexity, orchestrate work across multiple teams, and set a high bar for operational excellence. It's an opportunity for an experienced PMT to step into programs with real scale and visibility while building toward leadership in Data & AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs in Data & AI, from requirements through launch.
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design scalable solutions and architecture.
- Translate business and product needs into actionable technical specifications and program roadmaps.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, align stakeholders, and resolve issues before they become blockers.
- Establish metrics and reporting for velocity, quality, and impact, ensuring transparency across leadership.
- Champion operational excellence by standardizing processes, automating workflows, and sharing best practices.
- Act as a trusted voice for Data & AI in cross-functional discussions, influencing decisions with technical and program insight.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years in program/product management with experience in data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML initiatives.
- 5+ years in engineering roles (software, QA, or data engineering) with strong technical acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs to completion.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders.
- Proficiency with Jira and agile delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data governance, compliance, or security within AI/ML environments.
- Prior experience in technical leadership or engineering management.
