Program Manager

About the Job:
This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive program plans that align with the organizational goals and strategic priorities. You will lead the planning and execution of programs and/or individual projects, ensuring that all aspects are seamlessly integrated and operational. The position requires managing the entire program lifecycle from planning through delivery, ensuring that programs meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include monitoring progress, timelines, and budgets, addressing any deviations from the initial plan, and resolving urgent program-related issues. Additionally, you will manage foundational activities such as capability assessments, key events, and related program support tasks.
