The company’s Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel (UAF) team is looking for an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa, Middle East and Turkey (AMET region) to expand the network of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment channels. Our Program Managers are always thinking about the bigger picture. The mission will be to pioneer new ways of thinking, designing, and delivering exceptional results. By collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you’ll continuously be scoping out new solutions. You’ll conduct your own research and analysis with an eye on the long-term vision of the business.

As a Program Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in the company, leading improvement projects and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending on the most suitable option for their team and tasks. Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion.
About the Team
The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) organization covers specialized functions such as Heavy and Bulky fulfillment network, Ultra Fast grocery deliveries, and Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF). The UAF channels allow the company to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor/seller warehouse, offering millions of new selections while holding the same Prime bar of customer experience (CX) as provided by the company FCs.
