Program Manager (UAE National Only)

Key Responsibilities

• Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements
• Set measurable milestones for projects as well as continuous goal setting for ongoing programs
• Collect and analyze data to drive project decisions and provide business insights
• Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs
• Document standards for projects and ensure compliance
• Manage internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• In the final year of study for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or graduated in the last twelve months with a degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business, or a similar field
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English
• Legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams
• Experience collaborating with teams based in different locations and external partners
