Program Manager - Unified Alternate Fulfillment

The company's Unified Alternate Fulfillment channel (UAF) team is seeking an experienced Program Manager for regional program management across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey (AMET region) to expand the network of Seller Flex, Vendor Flex, and Direct fulfillment channels. The mission will be to pioneer new ways of thinking, designing, and delivering exceptional results. By collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, you will continuously be scoping out new solutions while conducting your own research and analysis, keeping an eye on the long-term vision of the business.

A Day in the Life
As a Program Manager, you will drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change at the company, leading improvement projects and programs. You will utilize strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan. Program Managers have significant responsibilities, tackling complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. In addition to process improvements, you may also contribute to enhancing other areas of the business, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the Team
The Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) organization encompasses specialized functions such as the Heavy and Bulky fulfillment network, Ultra Fast grocery deliveries, and Unified Alternate Fulfillment (UAF). The UAF channels enable the company to fulfill customer orders directly from our vendor/seller warehouse, thereby offering millions of new selections while maintaining the same Prime standard of customer experience (CX) provided by the company's FCs.
