Presight is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Program Manager to act as the primary business contact between Presight and its customers. This role will support all initiatives and customer requests through effective account management, project and program management, and extensive product knowledge. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects and programs, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of projects and programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, developing trusted relationships.
- Utilize project management methodologies to set expectations with customer teams.
- Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management.
- Maintain operational health of solution environments while ensuring performance and reliability.
- Lead customers in the adoption of Presight through implementation strategies.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and business transformation strategies.
- Drive technical discussions regarding service disruptions and risk management.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently, following predefined escalation processes.
- Design and develop bi-weekly customer presentations for key stakeholders.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and solution/product delivery in an AI service organization or analytics platforms.
- Experience in the financial sector is required.
- PMP certification from PMI is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
