In this role, you will support the Emirates VP Program Manager, as well as the respective PM Directors based in the USA, in executing the Emirates Programs from sales handover through delivery of the final aircraft and closure of commitment letter items. You will be responsible for leading and directing the Discovery Dubai (DD) employees in coordination with their respective US-based organizational leaders, ensuring cost and schedule performance and risk management for the Emirates Programs.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Support PM Directors through regular meetings with Emirates representatives.
- Represent the USA PM Team by attending local and in-service performance reviews.
- Lead the DD Team and ensure defined work scopes with clear deliverables.
- Support bid processes by developing program management bid inputs and identifying risks.
- Conduct internal program kickoff meetings and manage internal change orders.
- Direct and oversee program activities to meet or exceed customer and the company expectations.
- Monitor and assess program financials, budgets, and expenditures.
- Prepare for and participate in milestone meetings and ensure high-quality correspondence with external stakeholders.
Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7-9+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management or PMO experience.
- Proven customer-facing skills, especially with high-level decision makers.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with aviation industry standards and international avionics projects.
Qualifications:
- IPMA or PMP Certification preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
- Flexible with respect to managing international customers.
