About the Role
We are currently looking for a Program Manager to lead the Regional LSS Projects function. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class solutions that meet customer expectations while adhering to financial targets. The Program Manager will drive skills development, information sharing, and project management discipline to ensure projects are completed on time and at or above the planned gross margins. Reporting directly to the Projects Program Director and matrix reporting to the Regional Service Business Director, the Program Manager will play a critical role in delivering LSS Projects across the region.

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for managing Projects at the regional level (KSA, TICA & SSA) from opportunity stage to development stage, ensuring successful delivery to customers.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects, within scope, with zero or positive deviation.
- Manage a team of Project Managers in the region to meet business commitments aligned with the AOP plan.
- Maintain customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolve any customer issues.
- Own Projects financial performance at the regional level; monitor financial performance monthly and review estimates versus actuals across the regional project deck to continuously improve operational metrics.
- Lead the implementation of productivity-enhancing process changes related to project delivery effectively.
- Drive cost reductions to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods and standard processes.
- Drive Remote Migration Services for all Migration projects in the region.
- Enhance the utilization of GMSC for all Migration projects within the region.
- Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levels; ensure proper resourcing of projects.
- Participate in the estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being quoted to ensure accuracy in labor estimates and technical feasibility.
- Participate in material SIOP calls with factory planners to provide forecasts for backlog and front log project order demand.
- Manage the performance process, conducting performance appraisals, and offering coaching, training, career planning, development, salary administration, and recognition for LSS project managers in the region.
Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent technical or management experience required.
- Experience in a team leadership role.
- Thorough knowledge of handling LSS Projects field operations and financial processes.
- Ability to demonstrate energy and determination to achieve results and improvements by overcoming obstacles, remaining effective despite setbacks, and challenging current thinking.
- Ability to engage employees by providing relevant information in a timely manner and valuing input from employees.
- Ability to assess acceptable risk and take actions to minimize risk effectively.
