We are seeking a Programme Delivery Director accountable for leading large, complex, multi-phase transformation and migration delivery programmes across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position involves acting as a senior advisor to executive stakeholders, providing delivery leadership, technology advisory, programme governance, and executing cloud, digital transformation, and organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver multi-phased migration and transformation delivery programmes in KSA.
- Ensure all programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
- Provide executive-level reporting, governance updates, and programme performance readouts.
- Conduct early-stage cloud adoption assessments, business case analysis, and roadmap development.
- Translate client challenges into clear business and technical requirements.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities throughout customer estates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programmes, ensuring communication and conflict resolution.
- Define programme scope, structure, timelines, resourcing, cost estimates, and governance frameworks.
- Track and manage programme P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in professional services, programme leadership, and large-scale delivery.
- Proven history of delivering complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial leadership experience.
- Executive presence and the ability to engage stakeholders at the C-suite level.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required for operating within the KSA market.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
