Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and deliver multi-phased migration and transformation delivery programmes covering technology, people, process, and organisational change in KSA.
- Ensure all programmes are delivered on-time, within budget, scope, and overall quality.
- Provide consultative leadership across early-stage cloud adoption, strategic assessments, business case analysis, and roadmap development.
- Identify opportunities to align client needs with service offerings and enhance programme value.
- Present programme recommendations effectively and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned programmes.
- Define programme scope, structure, timelines, resourcing, cost estimates, and governance frameworks.
- Champion problem-solving, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with account management and service delivery teams to ensure healthy customer relationships.
- Lead presales elements including proposals and solutioning activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote a best-in-class delivery experience.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in professional services, programme leadership, and large-scale delivery within technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading major, multi-phase programmes and managing high-performing delivery teams.
- Deep understanding of IT managed services, cloud technologies, migrations, and digital transformation.
- Professionally project management qualified (PMP, PRINCE2) with a proven history of delivering complex, enterprise-scale transformations.
- Strong commercial and financial leadership with accountability for programme P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Executive presence with the ability to engage ELT and C-suite stakeholders across KSA.
- Experience operating within the KSA market; Arabic language proficiency required.
- Strong people leadership capabilities with responsibility for direct line management and influencing resources across large programmes.
