Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the creation of integrated programme plans in collaboration with Project Managers and delivery partners.
- Securing buy-in from senior stakeholders on program plans and delivery commitments.
- Defining and tracking performance metrics to drive improvement actions that support timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Managing the portfolio roadmap and effectively managing change while keeping stakeholders aligned to agreed outcomes.
- Proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues, ensuring budget adherence and delivery health.
- Providing portfolio reporting on status, risks, issues, and performance, while managing the budget for strong financial governance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Graduation degree is REQUIRED to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
- Strong knowledge of transformation delivery approaches, such as Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in the banking sector and a clear understanding of how change translates into benefits for the company and its stakeholders.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple markets with a global mindset.
- Solid financial acumen and a track record of engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex programs and managing high-performing teams.
- Desirable certifications include PRINCE2 or PMP, and Agile certifications.
