About the Role
As a Programme Manager within International Systems Engineering (ISE), you will oversee the management of large projects or extensive programmes that include multiple projects. This role is key in delivering IT capabilities and services for the company and partner companies. You will be responsible for strategic proposals, ensuring projects align with agreed scope, time, cost, and quality standards. Your leadership will actively contribute to the Saudi Arabian National Agenda by fostering Saudisation and developing Saudi National capacity, reinforcing industrial partnerships and local growth.

Job Accountabilities
Project Management:
- Contribute to Programme Management policies, roadmaps, guidelines, and standards.
- Collaborate with the Program Management Authority (PMA) to ensure governance and approvals for proposals and plans.
- Represent ISE in project deliveries across the company and Kingdom Partner Companies.
- Leverage knowledge and experience to align ISE and customer strategic objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with senior customer and supplier representatives.
- Coordinate project/programme reporting to the business via CSR.
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Manage project financial costing, risk, opportunity, and resource management at a programme level.
- Ensure effective change control processes and team leadership across multiple projects.
Leadership:
- Functional reporting into PMA while managing small teams.
Problem Solving:
- Define project planning and scope, solving complex project challenges.
- Negotiate programme scope with senior representatives.
- Assess programme-level risks and establish mitigation or contingency plans.
Business Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ISE and the company business processes.
- Build strategic relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain integrated business planning (IBP) concepts.
People Management:
- Identify and recruit talent while guiding direct reports in their operations.
- Set performance objectives and provide feedback to maintain high performance in line with ISE's values.
Governance:
- Lead the development and communication of corporate governance policies, ensuring strategic IT plans align with the business needs and compliance standards.

Outline Qualification Experience & Business Expertise:
- Extensive experience in IT Services or IT Solutions with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to manage project implementations and advanced knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
