We are looking for a candidate who can provide strategic oversight, executive governance, and orchestration for the company's most critical regional customers. This position blends program governance, stakeholder management, business value realization, and transformation leadership, ensuring that clients establish the appropriate operating model and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to scale their digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead executive and strategic governance for the company's programs across multiple enterprise and government clients.
- Establish and guide Digital Transformation Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to scale the company's capabilities and build sustainable governance frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end program leadership for Experience Cloud solutions and digital operations.
- Serve as the primary contact for strategic clients, forging trusted relationships.
- Collaborate with the company's Sales team to ensure customers understand the value of strong governance and structured transformation roadmaps.
- Monitor program performance and report on KPIs and business value impact.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading projects in a consulting or technology services organization.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to coordinate complex projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing automation, web content management, and technology project management.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic.
