Position

The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Support Manager. This role supports various strategic projects, including planned divestments across different locations, ensuring the successful delivery of the programme. The Programme Support Manager will work closely with the Programme Manager and stakeholders from Wealth and Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, as well as other functions to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project team to ensure the execution of business divestments, client migrations, and historical data delivery.
  • Support the safe transfer of clients and sensitive data while complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with Program Owners and Product Owners to prioritize initiatives based on business value and assess cost and benefit impacts.
  • Transition responsibilities to new owners and implement program closure procedures.
  • Address customer complaints and service resolutions during project transitions.
  • Maintain robust issue tracking mechanisms throughout the project transition.
  • Ensure effective governance, oversight, and controls are adhered to during the programme execution.
  • Act as the overall record custodian for the project and coordinate governance forums.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams. A strong understanding of banking systems and client onboarding processes is essential, along with experience in Wealth and Retail Banking and Corporate Investment Banking.

Language Requirements:
