Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project team to ensure business divestment objectives, seamless client migrations, and the delivery of historical data are met.
- Coordinate with Project and Technology leads for project plan delivery in a safe and controlled manner.
- Ensure safe transmission of clients and sensitive data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work with Program Owners and Product Owners to re-plan initiatives based on business value.
- Transition duties to new owners and implement Program closure procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and service resolutions during project transitions.
- Ensure adherence to risks identified during transitions and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain project governance and record-keeping for all related decisions and meetings.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- In-depth knowledge of banking systems, client onboarding processes, and relevant experience in Wealth and Retail Banking and Corporate Investment Banking.
- Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and manage risks effectively.
