Position

The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Support Manager. This role will support strategic projects, including planned divestments across various locations. The Project PMO role is essential for ensuring the successful delivery of the programme. Key responsibilities include working closely with the overall Programme Manager and various stakeholders from Wealth and Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, and Functions to achieve the desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Project team to ensure business divestment objectives, seamless client migrations, and the delivery of historical data are met.
  • Coordinate with Project and Technology leads for project plan delivery in a safe and controlled manner.
  • Ensure safe transmission of clients and sensitive data in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work with Program Owners and Product Owners to re-plan initiatives based on business value.
  • Transition duties to new owners and implement Program closure procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and service resolutions during project transitions.
  • Ensure adherence to risks identified during transitions and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain project governance and record-keeping for all related decisions and meetings.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking systems, client onboarding processes, and relevant experience in Wealth and Retail Banking and Corporate Investment Banking.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and manage risks effectively.
