Program/Project Manager – Cybersecurity Projects

We are looking for an experienced Program/Project Manager with a strong technical background in cybersecurity to lead and manage multiple security projects across domains such as Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can bridge technical and business objectives, ensuring timely and successful project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex cybersecurity programs and projects across multiple domains.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and budget to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Oversee implementation and integration of PAM, SIEM, and other cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing cybersecurity or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in PAM, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CISM, or CISSP are a plus.
