Project Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Analyst to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time position, you will support the LSU Controller and Operations in Data Analysis & Reporting by collecting and analyzing project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, as well as preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. You will also share responsibilities with operations for project reviews on a monthly basis.

How you’ll make an impact

• Monitor cost planning for the project as per FCM for HV&GI projects via cockpit.
• Perform analysis of actual vs budget alongside forecasts and propose improvement actions.
• Maintain revenue plans matching overall PGSV with SAP OBL.
• Ensure proper documentation in SharePoint for GRCM.
• Monitor cash collection progress through weekly meetings.
• Actively participate in month-end closing activities (28th-7th every month).
• Monitor cost center postings.
• Familiarize yourself with company tools for reporting.
• Participate in team meetings across the value chain.
• Coordinate yearly audits with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong presentation skills, analytical thinking, communication skills, and time management.
• Expertise in Power BI.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
