Project Analyst

About the Job:
The company has an immediate vacancy for a Project Analyst with 10+ years of experience. The successful candidate will assist Tribes/Platforms and Programs/Portfolios in all organizational aspects, which include supporting financial budgeting, portfolio management, and resource management. This role will serve as a critical point of contact for the Tribe/Platform.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Description of Responsibilities:

• Assist in project initiation and understand the complete process.
• Manage change requests concerning time and cost.
• Oversee CPPM management including timesheet assignments and approvals.
• Monitor project status details, risks, and issues.
• Manage project/program budgets (up to 10 projects depending on complexity).
• Assist Project Managers in meeting quality compliance standards.
• Document Tribe/Platform artifacts following standardized structures.
• Support Project closure processes.
• Maintain a repository of measurements matrix for each project.
• Ensure timely updates regarding project costs and timelines (OKRs and KPIs).
• Provide weekly updates and budget reconciliations.
• Assist Scrum Masters and Project Managers in quality observations.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills:

  • Project Management knowledge (Waterfall and Scrum Agile).
  • Creation of reports and dashboards.
  • Budgeting and financial management.
  • Proficiency in applications such as Clarity CPPM, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

  • Coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Professional communication.
