The Project and Contract Manager is responsible for:

  • Project delivery and execution till project closure.
  • Monitoring and controlling against the agreed KPIs.
  • Stakeholder management, internally and externally.
  • Risk management including identifying new risks and maintaining risk response plans.
  • Drafting clear, concise, and legally sound contracts reflecting the scope of the software deployment, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
  • Facilitating negotiations with vendors and clients to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
  • Ensuring contracts are finalized and legally binding, in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields like Business Administration or Law.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project and contract administration or procurement.
  • Project management degree (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or PMI-ACP) is a must.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., NCMA's CCCM/CPCM) can be beneficial.
  • Technical background in telecommunications is a plus.
