How you’ll make an impact
- Drive service sales and business development activities across assigned countries and market segments (e.g., Utilities, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, EPCs, Industrial clients).
- Provide input to the Project Execution Plan on financial aspects, leveraging education in accounting and finance and experience in project accounting.
- Prepare project invoices, manage financial accounting and reporting, drive project cash flow, and oversee currency risk and tax issues.
- Ensure the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement, as well as cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- Support the Project Manager in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, and country-specific finance directives and instructions.
- Download financial information from HE reporting tools, consolidate and analyze results, demonstrating proficiency in Excel and experience working with large amounts of data.
- Assist with monthly closing and reporting, drawing on required education and basic experience in accounting and finance and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Contribute to various ad hoc analyses to manage costs, cash, and utilization absorptions of the OU/HUB.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance is preferred.
- 0-5 years of project controlling or finance experience in Energy or T&D industries.
- Customer and business-oriented, with strong commercial and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is required.
