This position acts as the first point of interface, providing Contract Management functional support to Grid Solutions Business for the HVDC, ACS and FACTS Projects in Saudi Arabia. It involves managing contract activities from Project/s Award to Closeout and occasionally supports the Commercial team in the tendering phase for key Complex Projects. The role requires collaboration with multiple functions and stakeholders, working closely with project management teams.

Responsibilities
- Review Tender/Contract documents and implement contract management systems, procedures, and processes for effective Contract Management as per company best practices.
- Support tendering and operational teams with relevant contract management inputs, including Contract & Risk Analysis, and Bid Clarifications.
- Ensure that Contracts are duly performed and closed, resolving all contractual issues, and supporting project risk and opportunity identification and management.
- Manage project insurances, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and proper handling of claims.
- Provide support and guidance on general contractual issues and assist with negotiations on contractual matters with Customers and Vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Business Administration.
- 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in Contract Management roles for large complex infrastructure projects; experience in EPC projects and Turnkey Power/Substation projects is advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship; KSA National preferred.
- Understanding of project risk management and exposure to a performance-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to work effectively within a matrix organizational environment.
