Position

The Project Control Delivery Specialist in LAHAB will oversee project control and delivery activities across local and international engagements, ensuring high levels of customer service and successful contract execution. You will manage customer service and delivery operations, serving as a key point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles. This includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring order intake and delivery milestones to ensure products and services are delivered in line with contractual requirements. This role collaborates with business development, project management, and finance teams to track and allocate project costs effectively. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and delivery performance. The goal is to foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer and delivery issues while providing business intelligence and market insights to support delivery planning and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

  • Support Sales Planning and execution across local and international markets
  • Manage key clients (MOD, Tawazun, Intercompany, and Domestic/International Customers)
  • Track and monitor all sales and delivery opportunities, budgets, forecasting, ordering, pricing, and delivery milestones
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all activities related to order intake to ensure product delivery in accordance with contractual obligations and customer requirements
  • Work with project managers to ensure successful delivery of product and service solutions, maintaining the highest level of customer support and ensuring each delivery is fully evaluated with customer feedback
  • Develop and maintain databases to track Controlled Documents; register document numbers and log the return and destruction of controlled copies
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information to support delivery and sales decisions
  • Proactively govern and report on delivery status and risk, and recommend improvements to services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Investigate and analyze customer problems and propose solutions; expedite resolution of customer complaints and order issues
  • Manage the process of distribution of internal and external correspondence and ensure good relationships with internal and external clients

Basic Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • A degree in Business Management or Commerce
  • 5 - 6 years work experience in a similar technical product focused environment
  • Experience in a role that optimizes commercial processes and maximizes resources to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Commercial policies and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
  • Experience collating and analysing customer feedback and resolving concerns
  • Excellent people skills demonstrated through the ability to work with multiple stakeholders regularly
  • Proven Project Management and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 8 years experience in a similar role within the defense industry
