You may manage a subtask of a larger project or study in compliance with contractual obligations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure technical excellence across the engineering functions, coordinating technical disciplines, procurement of materials, and offering construction planning assistance. Please note that relocation to the project site may be required during construction and start-up activities.

What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Automate recurring project controls reports and performance metrics.
- Produce executive-level reports highlighting project status.
- Develop standardized KPIs for program and portfolio reporting.
Schedule & Cost Analytics
- Analyze progress trends.
- Support earned value management (EVM) reporting and analysis.
- Provide forecasting support.
Business Intelligence & Decision Support
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights for project leadership.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Develop automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions.
- Utilize technology (Python and SQL) to streamline data processing and reporting workflows.
- Improve reporting efficiency through digital tools and innovative analytical techniques.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within Project Controls.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in project controls, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects is preferred.
- Experience developing Power BI dashboards and managing project performance reporting.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Proficiency with tools & systems including Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SQL, and Python.
