What You'll Be Doing:
- Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Assist in reviewing drawings/models to identify clashes and issues.
- Prepare and update coordination drawings, logs, and reports.
- Attend coordination meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Support review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather technical data and as-built information, reporting to the Resident Engineer and assisting in the coordination of construction for roads, infrastructure, and associated items.
- Coordinate with the company's design engineers to resolve related issues.
- Maintain the daily diary and daily reports from inspectors.
- Coordinate with contractor engineers on scheduling and resource application.
- Convene and chair special meetings with service authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and other related parties.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of project records.
- Actively participate in all health and safety issues on site as required by the Senior Resident Engineer and project safety representatives.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction and engineering drawings.
- Proficient English communication and organizational skills.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of AI is preferred.
