What You'll Be Doing:
- Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Assist in reviewing drawings/models to identify clashes and issues.
- Prepare and update coordination drawings, logs, and reports.
- Attend coordination meetings, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Support review of shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
- Coordinate with site teams to gather technical data and as-built information, reporting to the Resident Engineer.
- Assist in coordinating the construction of roads and infrastructure works and associated items.
- Liaise with design engineers to resolve related issues.
- Maintain daily diaries and reports by inspectors.
- Coordinate with contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
- Convene and chair special meetings with service authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and related parties.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Actively participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Senior Resident Engineer and project safety representatives.
Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Basic understanding of construction and engineering drawings.
- Good English communication and organizational skills.
- Driving license is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft software.
- AI knowledge is preferred.
Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Basic understanding of project scheduling and contract milestones.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi service authorities and permitting processes.
- Familiarity with site construction activities and engineering reviews.
- Basic understanding of stakeholder interfaces and logistics.
