Project Coordinator

About
Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, management, and stakeholders. Track action items, monitor project progress, and ensure teams complete activities on time. Maintain organized project documentation and generate precise progress reports for management. Utilize project management software and Microsoft Office tools to structure and update project schedules. Coordinate and assist with SAP project implementation, alignment, and tracking.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Project Coordinator or Project Management Officer (PMO)
• 3 to 4 years of experience
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools
• Ability to follow up with stakeholders, track action items, and ensure timely completion of project activities
• Experience with SAP projects is preferred
• Must be based in Qassim
