Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of IT Operations projects across various functions, including Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Network, Application Operations, and Service Management. The role involves assisting project managers in planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation.
• Track project progress, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support change management and operational readiness activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of project coordination or PMO experience.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud, security, network, or application environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• PMP/CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
