We are seeking a motivated Project Coordination Engineer – Emirati to support the project team in coordinating the day-to-day operational and technical activities related to construction and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, utility, and infrastructure teams.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, models, and technical documents to identify clashes, discrepancies, and coordination issues.
- Prepare and maintain coordination drawings, technical logs, reports, and project records.
- Attend coordination meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams to collect technical information, progress updates, and as-built data.
- Report to the Resident Engineer and support the coordination and supervision of road and infrastructure construction works.
- Liaise with the company’s design engineers to resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Maintain daily diaries and ensure that inspectors’ daily reports are accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with contractor engineers regarding work schedules, manpower, equipment, and resource allocation.
- Organize and chair coordination meetings with service authorities, contractors, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project records and documentation are properly maintained.
- Support the achievement of project safety objectives and the implementation of approved safety procedures.
- Participate actively in health and safety activities as directed by the Resident Engineer and project safety representatives.
- Support quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of construction activities, infrastructure works, and engineering drawings.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, authorities, and project teams.
- Must be a UAE National.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
