Project Coordinator - Engineering

About the Role
This position is responsible for all phases of planning and execution on small engineering projects, typically with a total installed cost of less than $10 million. The Project Coordinator will actively plan, organize, coordinate, and control these projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. This role serves as the main point of contact and communication with clients, focusing on delivering client satisfaction. Additionally, the Project Coordinator may also act as a proposal manager for smaller projects and is accountable for budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of small engineering projects, ensuring adherence to established procedures and policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction levels are high.
• Oversee project planning, organization, coordination, and execution to meet project goals.
• May take on the role of proposal manager for small projects, contributing to the successful acquisition of new business.
• Maintain budgetary accountability for the projects managed.

Requirements

• Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of related professional experience, with an average of 10-15 years preferred.
• Possess knowledge of the respective industry and have the skills necessary to manage engineering projects effectively.

Contract and Travel Details

• This position may require occasional travel to client sites or project locations as necessary to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
