Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will drive accurate statistical forecasting and oversee end-to-end project activities in SAP. This role supports the sales organization by ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution. Key responsibilities include generating statistical forecasts using actual business data in SAP, managing project activities, coordinating project costs and timelines, tracking revenue and cost recognition, and overseeing the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Key Accountability:

• Generate and evaluate forecast accuracy using SAP.
• Manage project setup, legal reviews, contract approvals, procurement processes, and customer billing.
• Ensure that materials, services, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Liaise with subsidiaries to address queries and facilitate contract processing.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience in project lifecycle activities, including budgeting and cost tracking.
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Power BI or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a team environment.

• Immediate notice period or 30 days maximum.
