Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet customer expectations of quality and functionality.
- Prepare and maintain a detailed project schedule, and play a lead role in scoping, planning, costing, and pricing projects, including responsibility for statement of work development and risk assessment.
- Manage customer acceptance of the solution, ensuring customer expectations align with the agreed statement of work and leading efforts to address issues and action items.
- Coordinate the establishment of a project environment, including preparing and maintaining a roles/responsibility matrix, personnel plan, and resource schedule for each project member.
- Measure, track, evaluate, and communicate progress against the Project schedule using project reports, including project financials and compliance reporting.
- Author a weekly status report for distribution and review in status meetings with the customer.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, PSA, Excel, and MS Word according to standard company formats and templates.
- Ensure execution and accuracy of monthly forecasts and billings, and manage procurement and payment of contractors.
Basic Qualifications
- Must hold Emirati nationality.
- Banking application experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 0-2 years of project management experience.
- Ability to work effectively in challenging solution implementation environments.
- Experience managing complex, technology projects.
- Banking operations experience, specifically in payment processing, is a plus.
- Innovative and resourceful; capable of developing new approaches when standard ones do not apply.
- Adaptable to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
