The role holder is responsible for supporting the execution of MCN and BCN Tech PMO activities by coordinating project timelines, tracking deliverables, consolidating updates, and ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards. The role also contributes to the consistent application of project management methodologies and tools and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient implementation of technology initiatives. The role shall carry out their duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of MCN and BCN Tech PMO activities by coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and task tracking in alignment with project plans.
  • Consolidate project progress data and prepare draft reports and dashboards to support executive-level updates and decision-making.
  • Monitor ongoing technology projects to track adherence to scope, timeline, and budget, and escalate deviations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining and applying standardized project management processes, tools, and templates across all technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Tech Design, Provisioning, Service Activation) to collect project requirements, align resources, and resolve operational blockers.
  • Follow up on the implementation of infrastructure and application deployment tasks, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
  • Update and manage task and responsibility matrices, highlighting ownership across stakeholders to support effective collaboration.
  • Monitor project quality checkpoints and ensure project activities comply with internal standards, SLAs, and regulatory expectations.
  • Track and document identified project risks and assist in drafting mitigation recommendations in collaboration with project managers.
  • Participate in post-project reviews and lessons-learned discussions to capture insights and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
Bachelor in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Years of Experience
Preferred experience of (3-6) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise.
