Key Functional Accountability

  • Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide, corporate, and transformational projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Apply project governance frameworks, ensuring alignment of initiatives with organizational priorities and approved methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project and program management standards, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain and update the integrated project master plan, tracking milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
  • Monitor project performance and identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions when needed.
  • Support coordination with project stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues impacting project execution.
  • Track and follow up on change requests, ensuring adherence to defined approval processes related to scope, schedule, and budget changes.
  • Support the implementation and utilization of project tracking and reporting systems to ensure visibility on project status and performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on project progress, KPIs, risks, and financial status for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project financials and resource utilization to ensure alignment with approved budgets and timelines.
  • Support execution of change management activities to facilitate smooth adoption of new initiatives, processes, and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of EPMO knowledge base and best practice sharing across projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration across multiple projects and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and reporting requirements across all managed initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or any related field
