Project Delivery Engineer

We are looking for a Project Delivery Engineer to join our team at the company in the United Arab Emirates. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for executing each assigned project in accordance with the tender specifications, client delivery dates, and drawing approvals. Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining project margins and claiming any project variations as necessary.
• Effectively communicating with customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Completing projects on or above the tender margin.
• Obtaining purchase orders and approximate delivery dates from clients.
• Reviewing latest cost sheets, quotations, specifications, and drawings, and advising on discrepancies to the sales engineer.
• Introducing yourself to the client and requesting all relevant information.
• Handover inputs from the client to the CADD Manager for initial drawing/revision and final as-built drawing.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policy during site visits and at the factory.
• Reducing paper usage by printing only what is necessary.
• Reviewing initial design drawings received from the CADD Team and obtaining drawing approval.
• Coordinating material procurement and production with the production department.
• Confirming delivery dates, arranging shipping, completing packing lists, and issuing invoices for clients.
• Following through on installations, conducting site measurements, and releasing site measurements for manufacture.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction at project close out, checking total value against purchase orders and handling any variations.
