Responsibilities
- Own structured delivery planning and coordination across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, and Operations
- Maintain prioritised project backlogs aligned to agreed objectives and delivery timelines
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
- Support delivery governance by maintaining plans, logs, decision records, and status reports
- Coordinate go‑to‑market and launch readiness activities across all stakeholders
- Ensure clear documentation, action tracking, and follow‑through from governance forums
- Provide concise and transparent delivery updates to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Support post‑launch reviews and continuous improvement of delivery processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management roles
- Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional delivery across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, and Operations
- Strong capability in delivery planning, backlog management, and dependency tracking
- Experience supporting project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Hands‑on exposure to go‑to‑market or launch coordination activities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to support business cases, proposals, and documentation
