Responsibilities
- Guide the successful implementation of integrated solutions based on Oracle Cloud platform and/or hybrid cloud/on-premise architectures, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget.
- Manage the scope of medium to large-scale projects and accounts with varying levels of complexity.
- Provide direction and mentoring to project teams and ensure customer deliverables are acceptable.
- Create long-term customer relationships and collaborate with both consulting and licensing/cloud Oracle sales areas.
- Analyze business needs during bid phases to ensure Oracle’s solution meets customer objectives.
- Identify areas of potential business growth on customers and direct them in compliance with corporate strategies.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience relevant to this position, including prior project team leadership or management experience.
- Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
- Proven experience in managing remote and offshore teams.
- Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles.
- Comfortable working in a matrix management environment.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
