In this role, you will guide the successful implementation of integrated solutions based on the Oracle Cloud platform and/or hybrid cloud/on-premise architectures, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- As an authority within Oracle, provide high-quality and innovative solution leadership with industry-wide impact.
- Manage medium to large-scale projects and accounts with varying levels of complexity.
- Analyze business needs to ensure Oracle’s solution meets customer objectives during bid phases.
- Apply Oracle’s methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations in delivery phases.
- Create long-term customer relationships and collaborate with both consulting and Oracle sales areas.
- Identify areas of potential business growth and direct them in compliance with corporate strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in project and/or program management.
- Proven record of full lifecycle implementations of projects exceeding 500-800 days of delivery effort.
- Current PMI-PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or similar certification.
- Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Agile Coach within large organizations is a plus.
- Strong project management principles with experience in a matrix management environment.
- Cloud technology focus and technical or industry domain expertise in relevant fields are advantageous.
- Ability to manage remote and offshore teams.
- Graduate degree (Diploma/Master/Bachelor) or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Italian (native level) is required.
