About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Project Director FM Service Delivery to lead Facilities Management (FM) services delivery on a major destination program. In this pivotal role, you will act as the single accountable authority and primary client partner across our FM Agent contract. You will be responsible for governing multiple FM service packages, managing a large multi-disciplinary team, and overseeing the full program lifecycle from pre-operational advisory through phased activation to steady-state operational delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the Vendor Management program.
- Act as the single client-facing authority accountable for all governance, delivery, performance, and escalation management.
- Oversee the entire vendor lifecycle across all FM service packages, including procurement, onboarding, performance management, and contract administration.
- Responsible for the Program Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Plan, and all governance documentation.
- Govern the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system as the single source of truth for all asset, maintenance, and performance data.
- Own the FM strategy, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) regimes, and maintenance optimisation approach across the program.
- Collaborate with key project stakeholders to develop action plans addressing cost overruns, delays, scope changes, or improvement needs.
- Chair monthly steering committees and present program performance to client leadership.
- Build and lead the delivery organization—developing talent, embedding Saudisation, and creating succession plans.
- Monitor and report on program progress, milestones, and any conditions affecting cost or schedule to management.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of FM experience, with 5+ years in a senior client-side governance or FM Director role.
- Proven experience in multi-vendor FM management across hard, soft, and specialist service domains.
- Experience with CAFM governance at the Operations level, preferably with IBM Maximo.
- Familiarity with GCC and its working environment.
- Strong commercial capabilities, including contract administration and executive-level financial reporting.
- Advanced leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of ISO 41001, ISO 55001, ISO 45001, and SFG20.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Chartered membership of IWFM, CIBSE, IET, or equivalent.
- Experience in Operational Readiness and Assurance (ORAT) on a major destination, airport, or entertainment program.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
