The company is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Director to provide strategic leadership for the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction and closeout, being responsible for client engagement, commercial performance, risk management, governance, and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description: - Lead the end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and quality standards. - Act as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders throughout project execution. - Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary teams. - Establish and oversee project governance, delivery strategies, and execution plans. - Manage project budgets, forecasts, change management, and overall financial performance. - Identify and manage project risks and opportunities. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. - Monitor project progress and performance, providing updates to leadership and clients. - Promote continuous improvement and best practices across project delivery. - Mentor and develop project managers and teams. Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline. - Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in delivering major infrastructure projects, including senior leadership capacity. - Experienced in managing large, multidisciplinary project teams and complex infrastructure programmes. - Strong commercial acumen and proven experience in project financial performance management. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. - Professional registration (PE, CEng, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred.
