Project Engineer

About the Role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing warranty defects and related issues. You will be the liaison between customers and various internal teams, working to resolve warranty and service issues efficiently. This role requires strong coordination skills, comprehensive monitoring capabilities, and a collaborative spirit to support project execution alongside Lead Engineers.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers for warranty defects closure.
• Perform site visits to inspect systems, assess issues, and monitor progress.
• Check, track, and report the status of warranty items, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate internally with engineering, service, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve warranty and service issues efficiently.
• Carry out SCADA monitoring, verification, and basic diagnostics, including confirmation of alarms, signals, trends, and communication status.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, warranty documentation, root cause analysis, and client communications.
• Support Lead Engineers in the execution of projects including engineering, procurement, site coordination, and site testing.
