About the Role
This role involves managing and supervising day-to-day bridge maintenance activities to ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and within the budget. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution while monitoring site progress for compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved work procedures. Key responsibilities include planning and allocating manpower, equipment, and materials wisely for effective project delivery, adhering to Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Quality requirements, reviewing technical drawings, method statements, and work schedules, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, and maintaining project documentation. You will also attend project meetings to resolve technical and site-related issues.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day bridge maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, and procedures.
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality requirements.
- Review technical drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain documentation.
- Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer on bridge maintenance, rehabilitation, or similar infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Preferred experience with government or semi-government infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of bridge maintenance practices, construction methods, and project execution.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
Additional Information
- Strong project planning and site coordination skills.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safe work practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site activities.
