The role involves monitoring contractor progress and execution, managing site interfaces and constraints, and ensuring timely completion in alignment with approved project requirements.

Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability

  • Coordinate overall execution of Bastion Phase 2 activities.
  • Monitor contractor engineering/design submissions and ensure construction readiness before mobilization to each asset.
  • Coordinate site surveys, asset verification, and field requirements with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure asset identification and execution sequencing remain aligned with the approved project requirements.
  • Track design, material procurement/delivery, manpower mobilization, and construction progress.
  • Review contractor detailed schedules, look-ahead plans, and proposed work sequencing.
  • Coordinate access, permits, security requirements and interfaces with plant stakeholders.
  • Monitor site execution against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project directives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate resolution of construction/interface issues.
  • Monitor HSE, quality, housekeeping, and contractor compliance during execution.
  • Track progress for each asset, including planned, actual, balance and forecast completion.
  • Review daily/weekly contractor reports and challenge discrepancies against actual site conditions.
  • Identify schedule risks, constraints, and potential impacts, and follow up on mitigation/recovery actions.
  • Support coordination of inspections, punch listing, completion documentation, and handover.
  • Prepare concise progress and risk updates for management.
  • Maintain overall action, constraint, and interface trackers until project completion.

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.
