The company is seeking a skilled Project Electrical Engineer to join our team for the Ar Rjum Project, a green field gold project. This project includes three open pit mining operations, waste dumps, ore stockpiles, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and necessary supporting infrastructure. The project is located within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km northeast of Taif, towards Riyadh. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and stakeholder requirements. Your primary focus will be on the high-voltage transmission and substation scope necessary for connecting the project to the Saudi Arabian National Grid.

Major Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise engineering subcontractor activities related to the EHV transmission line and substation project.
- Provide technical assistance and resolve complex regulatory issues with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Assist project and construction management in identifying and addressing project requirements and risk management.
- Review designs, drawings, and technical documents, providing constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including construction, commissioning, vendors, and clients to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)/National Grid (NG) standards and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Prepare reports and documentation and participate in inspections and testing.
- Provide field engineering, construction, and commissioning support during construction phases.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
- Preferably experience in EPCM and/or EPC execution on major projects.
- Work experience on EHV Transmission Lines and Substations in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven customer relationship skills.
- Commitment to Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) standards, including a Zero Accident safety program.
- Knowledge of SEC/NG Standards Procedures and Grid Code.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is required.
