The role involves working on roads, utilities, drainage, grading, public realm interfaces, and site-wide infrastructure. You will provide technical support to the Engineering Manager for managing consultants, coordinating stakeholders, reviewing design deliverables, and monitoring project progress. As a key contributor to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects, you will help ensure that all packages are aligned with operational requirements and comply with project objectives, design standards, and budget constraints.

Major Responsibilities:
- Support the management and delivery of civil infrastructure projects and engineering assignments.
- Review consultant design submissions for compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Assist in coordinating various infrastructure works, ensuring effective collaboration among mobility, transport systems, architecture, and construction teams.
- Track design development and approvals, and participate in technical workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Monitor consultant performance against agreed deliverables and quality requirements.
- Perform field visits and site inspections to support project coordination activities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (or international equivalent).
- Professional engineering registration or chartership preferred.
- 8+ years of civil infrastructure engineering experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in planning, design, coordination, or delivery of infrastructures such as roads and utilities.
- Familiar with multidisciplinary consultant collaborations and large-scale projects.
- Understanding of civil infrastructure design principles and related regulations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex program environment.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected. Additional language skills may be beneficial.
