Project Engineer

The company is seeking a Project Engineer to support a major new airport development project in Riyadh. This role involves interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating the multi-disciplinary engineering technical aspects of a complex airport terminal building. You will provide technical support and leadership while supervising the customer’s appointed Design Consultants to ensure the terminal design aligns with budgetary, schedule, and quality requirements. Collaboration with various engineering disciplines and project stakeholders is essential.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Major Responsibilities:

• Supervise engineering activities across all disciplines.
• Plan and direct engineering assignments for the project.
• Review design deliverables for constructability, value engineering, and safety considerations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and technical requirements.
• Represent Engineering in project meetings and liaise with clients to resolve technical questions.
• Prepare project studies, reports, and assist with change control procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 10-13 years of relevant experience, or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and familiarity with industry and regulatory standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer-aided drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM processes.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is required.
