Project Engineer (Outsource)

About
Role Purpose: Assist PMC in reviewing the progress payment documents, conducting site visit inspections for progress payments, and verifying and approving the payment percentage. Prepare project files, project breakdowns, and cash flow. Review FTA cases (applications), contact the clients, review tax invoices along with other documents, and prepare drafts of VAT verification reports.
Location: Abu Dhabi & Sharjah

Key Accountabilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and care.
• Present the company in a professional manner in all business fields.
• Self-development and continuing personal development.
• Analyze and document business processes and problems to develop solutions that enhance efficiencies.
• Collect and review project documents and meet project parties (owner, contractor, and consultant).
• Verify progress payment percentages, prepare breakdowns, and project cashflow.
• Review VAT refund eligibility and invoices, and prepare the FTA report.
• Ensure a high standard of report output.
• Monitor exposure to risk and compliance in the respective PMC department.
• In-house training will be provided.

Requirements

• University Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Good communication skills.
• Good engineering knowledge.
• Minimum three years of experience working in a similar role.
