How you’ll make an impact:
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and the company's working values.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned projects.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Head of Projects/Operation Manager and other project participants to provide project updates.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with SCM and FSM to assign the resources requirements.
- Ensure project delivery in accordance with company KPIs.
- Support the FSE and project team to deliver the service on time and on budget.
- Support site activities and provide appropriate corrective actions for onsite issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills combined with open-mindedness, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in High Voltage Electrical Substations and project management.
- Ability to establish good relationships with customers.
- PMP and L6S certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
