About the Role
As a project management trainee, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of real projects. You will work closely with experienced project managers, assist in tracking schedules and deliverables, and help coordinate cross-functional activities. How You’ll Make an Impact
You will play a critical role in supporting the Continuous Improvement team in driving operational excellence through the application of Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies. The role is designed to develop technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills while contributing to productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and safety improvement initiatives. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and project execution. This aligns with the organization's focus on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support projects daily activities
- Learn & understand the company HV product portfolio as well as basic electrical network basics & fundamentals.
- Understand the project execution cycle.
- Work with project managers in their running projects supporting daily customer, vendor and supply chain activities.
- Take the lead in some tasks assigned by PMs.
- Handle small & basic projects as part of a developing plan.
- Practice communication with different stakeholders.
- Documentation & Governance
- Maintain project records and lessons learned.
- Support development of work instructions, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical or industrial engineering.
- Fresh graduate with basic knowledge of electrical network basics, projects or engineering management, along with basic knowledge in data analysis, reporting, problem-solving, and documentation.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
